Chapters and Affiliations

The basic unit of SINAGBAYAN is the chapter, composed of a minimum of ten members. Each SINAGBAYAN chapter stands as an integral performing group -- one which has the capacity to perform, at a minimum, a standard repertoire; and capable of creating new art works/pieces.

SINAGBAYAN also forms other cultural groups and encourages existing groups, whose objectives are similar to SINAGBAYAN's, to become affiliate organizations.
